Clinical and emergency use
This public website does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency monitoring or accept clinical records. Supported clinical actions take place only in the secure platform and remain subject to professional authority, consent, account permissions and service availability.
Provider information
Providers are responsible for submitting accurate public information and having permission to share business contacts, descriptions and images. Listing publication, paid access, professional approval and clinical workflow activation are separate processes.
Accounts, access and payments
Use the correct patient, provider or Academy account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another person's account or records. An access request is not an activated subscription or a confirmed payment. Relevant commercial terms must be agreed before purchase or activation.
Learning and resources
Academy and template content support learning and operational preparation. Access rights and course terms are determined by the relevant platform and entitlement. Do not redistribute restricted templates or treat general materials as advice for a particular patient.
